We had a water pipe break and serve-pro came out that day and started the water mitigation. They checked on it daily until it was completely dry. They removed all damaged areas and we hired them for the reconstruction. Julian the project manager for the reconstruction was nice to work with and available for questions throughout the process. Sean our general contractor and his crew did a great job with the reconstruction. Thank you ServePro!
Jerry is the technician that set up the equipment on a Saturday and Sunday! He gave plenty of notice before he arrived each time as well. Jerry was very conscientious and careful where he routed cables to try and reduce the trip hazard associated with running extension cords and large cables. I appreciate how he thoughtfully explained the process and the equipment, and was overall very polite and understanding. Thank you Jerry, I will be recommending and using your services again!
Jerry and James (double Js) are great! They listened to our concerns and were very professional and kind. They went above and beyond and did more work than originally thought. They spent hours working on the house and making sure they took care of all the wet parts of the walls and window sills. 10/10 recommend.
Corine was so nice! Not knowing the repair process after a major water leak, she came in and explained everything… She was awesome, my Wife and I are so glad that we got to meet Her… I don’t give a lot of reviews but She is 5 Star all the way! Thanks Corine!
Jerry and his fellow workers were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Jerry explained the process for the cleanup and kept me up to date on any changes. I would highly recommend Servpro And especially Jerry!
