Owner first name Tim. is extremely rude and dosent follow servepro guidelines. Drinks liquor in his office and drives a blue truck with a ladder rack after drinking. and treats and speaks to his employee's horriable. I've worked a another servpro in Ohio is why I know he dosent follow servpro guidelines. The guy needs to be reported to give him an attitude adjustment. Wouldnt recommended for anything. But time behind bars for drinking and driving the streets of Richmond.
