Initially they were very helpful and were referred by the insurance adjuster who I also thought was helpful and knowledgeable. I was wrong in that assumption. The supervisor who came with the team was rude, they put a hole in my wall and denied it, they cut too much of my wall off that wasn’t in the quote. He used my mop head to wipe down the mold on the wall. Left debris everywhere and left pee in my basement toilet. We had damage from a broken water pipe. The Servpro franchise I've used before was unable to respond (their crews were in Ashville and Tampa working due to flooding in those states) but the SERVPRO of Reisterstown and Catonsville responded the same day and quickly dealt with all of our issues! Thanks Team!
Extremely responsive, friendly but very professional who took excellent care of our flooding issues and also were proactive in dealing with reluctant insurer. Highly recommended with no reservations.
