I have WHITE carpeting.( Not my idea.) I've had it professionally cleaned many times as I have lived here 52 years. NO ONE ever got it clean like Servpro. They were able to remove stains that were 16 years old! I'm not the type to write reviews but these young people made it look new!! The peoples'name are Jean Luc, and Madi. Not only were they terrific at cleaning BUT very polite,,mannerly, and pleasant to have in my home. I wish I had saved the "before pictures". I was thinking of buying new carpet. Not now :)
