Servpro was recommended to me by Bruening Heating & Air Conditioning. What a great recommendation. Setting up the appointment was fast, and the phone rep was courteous and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say about the issue for which I needed assistance. I requested a duct cleaning. The 2 employees showed up and were very professional. They greeted me and I showed them where my vents were located. They got right to work and cleaned out my ducts. Everything went as advertised. The workers were polite and efficient. And the price was as previously presented. We were very pleased.
I contacted Sevpro on 1/3 and scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate. I do not recall being advised of the $250 estimate fee. The gentleman arrived and asked who would be paying the estimate fee as they wouldn't be able to email me an estimate without payment. I paid the fee, however after having two other companies bid the job, both advised me that the estimate fee was extensive as neither of the other companies charged anything.
