We had a water leak that flooded our bedroom and after a very upsetting and late night, along with an extremely unprofessional (different) contractor experience, we decided to call ServPro. Michael Dedonato restored our faith in customer service. Extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable, kind and honest. Highly recommend.
