I just got off the phone with SERVPRO Prosper/Little Elm and received the best advice. I was very concerned with black spots around my register and black around the duct. Not knowing if it was dangerous, I called and the owner spent 15 minutes telling me how to resolve it without spending $400-$500 dollars. I am very appreciative!! Thank you!
Servpro of Prosper did an amazing job responding to my needs during a recent flood of my home. The not only removed the water as quickly as possible from my home, but they took the time to help move personal contents of my to higher ground to avoid any further water damage. We recently had a pipe burst in the wall of our home. After getting off the phone with our insurance company I received a call from Mike at Servpro within 10 minutes and he and his crew were onsite in less than an hour to begin cleaning up. Adam Hensst came to our house he was a true professional in every since of the word, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable of the business and very helpful and got everything done quickly, thanks Adam we will never go anywhere else if we need emergency clean up again.
Mike and his crew (Forte and JC) did a fantastic job on our recent job (flood). They were fast, efficient and extremely polite and professional. They took their time to explain the options and handle drying out our closet and laundry room (which is fully enclosed) so we would not endure the threat of mold. I would highly recommend they for your next flood so they can quickly and efficiently restore your damage with a smile!
ServPro came out immediately and cleaned up a black water flood in my house. Their quick response was the reason that situation didn't escalate further - resulting in more cost to clean up and in the restorative process. The office manger, Brooke, was really sweet and patient. Just get a quote before the work commences so you're not left with sticker shock. I'd call them again if my house ever floods and I hope I don't have to (:
