Emily, Marcos were absolutely amazing. I can’t thank you enough for sending them. They worked hard and nonstop and did such a terrific job. I’m very impressed and I will use Servpro in the future if I need to, but hopefully I won’t! Thank you again for sending this fabulous team to my house. .
Had a burst pipe in my condo that caused decent water damage. They were out pretty quickly and worked with insurance. They did a good job, I think. The communication was pretty bad especially near the end. The mitigation manager confused me for a different account on more than one occasion and when the mitigation was done, they didn’t bother to tell me or start the process for repair.
Very impressed with the contents crew Emily, Jonathan, Marcos, Armando. Everything was packed carefully and communication was excellent throughout the whole process.
Excellent professional job by Marcos and Daniel. Great work.
