This review deserves two 5-star ratings because I’ve used this company on two separate occasions, one year apart, and they exceeded my expectations both times. I had amazing 5 star service from Serv Pro Point Loma. I had fire damage due to a Lithium Battery explosion. My Rep. Esperanza held my hand through the entire process. She gave me her cell phone number so I could communicate with her anytime that I had questions or needed updates.
