I live in a condo downtown and my upstairs neighbor caused an issue with water damage. SERVPRO of Point Loma came to assist them, and checked on me too. They found water buildup in the wall behind one of the sinks in my master. No questions asked, they setup a dehumidifier to help fix any potential problems and said they are in the building all the time, so it's no trouble. What an amazing company and team. Thank you to Benny and the team!

Hector Tello of Servpro of Point Loma came to my house to provide an inspection of my crawlspace and basement for mold and water seepage. He and his team did a thorough inspection, while being professional, friendly, and patiently answering all my questions. Servpro is fortunate to have individuals such as Hector representing the company.

This is my second time using ServPro Point Loma. The first time around Benny and his team were super accommodating having a special needs daughter. From pack up, drying, tearing walls and flooring out, to unpacking everything was done in a timely manner and with care. Today Benny called me and had Hector out here in about an hour! Hector was courteous, fast and efficient. I hope I never need water restoration again but if I do I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs their services!

Servpro of point Loma took care of my Flood Mitigation in my condo in a very rapid and efficient way and all covered by the insurance.. Ernesto provided competent friendly and timely service. They put my mind at ease. Rene and Jonathan did the drywall cut out and clean up very quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to work with..Benny supervised his crews and came to make sure everything was going well and assured me of the insurance coverage. Overall, they deserve a gold star.

Can not thank SERVPRO of Point Loma enough for their prompt, comprehensive, and considerate support after home flooding, during pack out, and beginning restoration process. Benny, Hector, Ernesto, Flo, and their teams have been very customer supportive and helpful during a difficult situation. We are an insurance claim, however would not hesitate to contact them directly due to their efforts and responsiveness.
