History Established in 2015. Ted and Doris Isaacson launched SERVPRO in 1967 as a painting business in Sacramento, Calif. The duct cleaning service is a rip off. They charge $600 and all they do is spray air freshener in the duct works. Worst experience I my life. They management did not anything about their own products and couldnt tell me what the chemicals did that they were spraying in my air-conditioning ststem. They took apart my unit and couldn't out it back together. I had to hire a different company to come and fix my unit and they refused to pay for it.

Beyond happy with the service ServPro provided today. Had them in after a water leak caused black mold to form in my kitchen. They were professional, personable & knowledgeable. They left my kitchen in great condition considering they had to pull my cabinets, drywall and insulation. Will never use anyone else!!
