Jonathan and Ian were always on time, and answered my many questions about the entire process of repairing water damaged areas in my home. The team of Jonathan and Ian were great. They were professional, taking the time to answer my many questions and always explaining their process. I’m not really good at posting stuff, but I’ve been dealing with Servpro and it’s been a bad experience two years ago they put floors in my house wooden laminate from tile and I feel like sometimes I’m walking on air. The slats are loose. I’ve been waiting for someone for a whole year to come to fix my floor, I have asked the supervisor many many times to come and check on my floors. I had a mold attack in my guest bedroom. That and I live in an older building with asbestos in the walls. Ian and Jonathan from Servpro PV did a fabulous job cleaning up the mold and making sure the walls were dried out. I recommend them.
