Called because I used other Servepro's. Never had a problem before. Liz kept saying that I was rude. They 90% are Liars Ian came out quickly. Let him go to bring equipment the next am. Did not show till evening. Brought defective equipment that re flooded my living room, expensive furniture. Manager lied Ian lied no show. I was in car accidents and was forced to cleanup, move heavy equipment getting reinjured I packed up all equipment at the front door for pickup. 2 dehumidifier's, four fans I believe. We are very pleased with our ServPro experience. We got in touch with them after undergoing water damage and everything went really well. Cinthia was helpful and well organized when it came to scheduling. All the work/testing itself was as smooth as can be thanks to Ian who was extremely professional, prompt, and polite through and through. We feel fortunate to have worked with him!
