The team of Jonathan and Ian were great. They were professional, taking the time to answer my many questions and always explaining their process. They were polite and extremely considerate of my needs during a very stressful time. Should the need for ServPro services be needed again, I will request Jonathan and Ian.
I’m not really good at posting stuff, but I’ve been dealing with Servpro and it’s been a bad experience two years ago they put floors in my house wooden laminate from tile and I feel like sometimes I’m walking on air. The slats are loose. I’ve been waiting for someone for a whole year to come to fix my floor, I have asked the supervisor many many times to come and check on my floors. I had a mold attack in my guest bedroom. That and I live in an older building with asbestos in the walls. Ian and Jonathan from Servpro PV did a fabulous job cleaning up the mold and making sure the walls were dried out. I recommend them.
Initial contact was friendly and proactive but became unresponsive coinciding with insurance denying to pay for the claim. The friendly technicians came to my home on a Friday afternoon, drained the water, set-up dehumidifiers, and told me they would return on Monday to remove carpet and open walls. I cancelled my patients on Monday in order to be at the house and they never returned. I called twice on Monday to find out when they would return and did not receive a call back.
