I was forced to use ServPro of Ozone Park after my insurance assigned them for mitigation and build back, not knowing I could choose someone else. That mistake turned into months of chaos. • The workers they sent arrived late, one of them showed up stoned (immediately reported to Jeri Rank, business developer manager), and during mitigation they actually burst a pipe in my apartment — flooding my kitchen/living area and the apartment below. John Facchiano did a great job overseeing the reconstruction job. The team Gio who is the contractors was a good choice for this large job at our home. Everyone is professional and will make sure the job is done to the customer liking. Owner of the company Raymond Wardell has a great crew. Highly recommendable company.

I was extremely satisfied with the job done by ServPro in rehabilitation of my home after our most recent water disaster. The crew that did the mitigation of damage to my basement, covered and boxed all furniture, books and media to prevent any further damage. They also did an excellent job of drying up the carpet in the large room, so that only the padding needed to be partially replaced and the carpet stretched - instead of the entire carpet being replaced. ServPro of Ozone Park/Jamaica Bay was initially very helpful and friendly BUT they drastically over remediated our basement, creating business for themselves. Then, once I deemed that I would not use them for repairs, all customer service stopped. They dragged their feet on everything, didn't return my calls, and took ages to submit documentation to our insurance adjuster. VERY SELF-SERVING. Be careful!
