We had an undetected leak under our kitchen for an entire month. We only knew ehen we received a $400 water bill. Our traditional foundation sent it under the floor. Local people came but could not help the musty smell. A friend had a disaster at her house and was so pleased at the Serve Pro Oxford response. So I phoned. The team was great. Swift. Efficient. Detailed. I really appreciate how they interacted with us during the process. They were very thorough, and their work was fantastic.
We had a sewage backup in the middle of the night and couldn’t have made it through this mess without Servpro. They were there within an hour, explained the process to us and had the preliminary cleanup done by the time we returned to the house the next morning. During an unthinkable tragedy, we needed help cleaning up a horrific area that we could not do ourselves.
