Well, they finished the job, 13 months after the insurance claim was filed, a job that should have taken no more than a couple of months. In a previous conversation with management I was told that she was told by her superintendent that he had “miscalculated the estimate”, now that the work is finally finished (well except for complete cleanup which she said she “knows for a fact it was done”), she “doesn’t remember that conversation”. I am still waiting for estimate on balcony and a revised estimate in the roof from winter storm fern 6 months ago. This is not like them at all. It took well over a month for an estimate on the roof (forgotten measurements etc...been out 3 times) and I kept trying to get them out to fix it along with balcony estimate but when he came out to do the roof and remeasure balcony ...he says he has to go up on roof because rains caused more damage. I would NOT recommend SERVPRO of Oxford. We originally had an appointment scheduled for a dryer duct cleaning (aka our dryer is not drying) for Friday, July 24th at 9am. At the time of the appointment I received a call where the gentleman let me know they wouldn't be able to make it out anymore due to staffing shortage to which I understood as my husband runs a business as well. We reschedule to August 3rd at 9am no problem. August 3rd at 9:05am comes, no one shows up so I call in to see what was going on. The lady on the ph... read more

Work was a little slow, BUT attention to detail was excellent. Definitely worth the trade off. I’d rather they take their time and do it right.

It was so nice dealing with ServPro. They were very professional and very courteous and surpassed my expectation of customer service!
