This is my shoutout to Servpro team Fermouth- My best friend Tom Fitzgerald has recently sold his Servpro franchise to Servpro team Fermouth and has gone above and beyond in allowing Tom to continue to serve his customers in Thurston County in his retirement days. These guys were great! Mason was out within 24 hours of me contacting them, he had a quote for me within 12 hours. The team arrived promptly each day, were professional and did a very good job. I have been having Tom @ Servpro do my work for the last 23 years. He has always gone above and beyond for my service. A very pleasant and super friendly guy. Thank you Servpro for having such a great staff !! Once a customer always a customer..
