Unfortunately for me I’ve had to use ServPro twice. Great first experience. Felt the job was done thoroughly. This recent experience is mixed. Christian arrived and put on shoe covers and covered my floors to haul in the equipment. He explained simply the particulars. He was great. The crew that came 2 days later to check moisture level did not bother to cover their shoes or remove them. They wheeled out the equipment on my floors without laying the cardboard to protect my brand new flooring. Moisture was still detected, par... read more

Tom did an awesome job cleaning our lobby. The lobby is two stories tall! Tom cleaned all the high ledges, all surfaces, two stories worth of wall to wall windows, air vents, granite floors and replaced all the bulbs in our light fixtures at two stories high. It looks like a brand new building in there. Great customer service and very personable.
