Please do not every use this company. I had major damage to my household due to a hurricane. Everything started out okay until they began working on my house. They removed items that were not in the scope of work and did not notify me ahead of time. They also needed to keep equipment on site much longer than initially anticipated, which would be fine in normal circumstances. However, they did not notify me that this would be taking place at all. I'm an owner at Terry Harris Insurance in Belleview, FL and Mike Webb at Servpro of Ocala has been fantastic at taking care of our clients when they have homeowners claims. They can handle any claim for you from small water damage all the way up to large damages including replacing windows, walls, a roof, etc... They will deal with your insurance company so you don't have to. I would strongly recommend calling Mike if you need help with a claim.
