We cannot speak for the pricing as this is an insurance claim, however we can speak for the professionalism and customer service Reggie and his crew performed when we had water damage in our basement. It’s not easy dealing with a stressful homeowner who is going through loss of personal property but these guys were spot on. We required many days of fans, dehumidifiers and air quality testing and Reggie explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process from the morning of the damage to the day of completion. Servpro was awesome with all they did to help me. I had a limb jab into my roof and water came gushing into my house. They came out immediately to help me. Each person that came were knowledgeable and explained everything so I knew what they were doing and how they would handle. I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them!
John was our lead for the clean-up team today. He was very professional and did everything he could to minimize the impact on repairs after their work is through. It was refreshing to have a positive interaction during a tough time.
