Our house was a disaster for us. We never experienced anything like the event and hope never to again. Servepro did not make light of our situation and made us feel better with the empathy they conveyed. David and the whole gang were great! Super efficient and total gentleman! Extremely responsive and excellent service in a very difficult situation. We live in a condo connected to 3 other units. All electrical power starts at unit 1 and runs within each unit to our end unit 4. There was a major fire in condo unit 2 - destroying the electrical power source to our unit. Our unit did not have any fire, smoke or water damage - just loss of power for 9 days.
