Cesar and his crew have been very Respectful and worked as a team. Cesar demonstrated a very concern and trustful personality so we just let him and his crew do what they see needs to be done. Walter, despite being very humble is very good in what he is doing and directing the others. John and Jack they didn't just come to pick up their equipments but they fix a pipe that they saw was leaking. So far I'm happy with this team so I'm going to let them do the next phase of the job which is restoration/upgrade.
I called Servpro to clean up my uncles apartment after be passed. Much of the clean up was related to cleaning bodily fluids. John and Juan were the technicians that assisted with the clean up along with Cesar who did the estimate and pricing. Cesar, John and Juan were walked us through the process and the pricing. They were kind and understanding given it was a sensitive time for our family dealing with the passing of our uncle.
