During the brief deep freeze at the end of December a baseboard heating line froze and busrt, causing some exterior and interior damage, requiring some destruction for plumbers to get at the problem and repair it - and then of course everything had to be put back together and painted. Our insurance agent recommended ServPro of Northern Westchester near us to do the work, and they did. SERVPRO of Northern Westchester County was professional, responsive, timely, proficient and cost-effective. I could not recommend them more highly (Dan and his team) if you have a need for their problem-solving.
We had a huge job to do: three floors of grime and debris. The Serve Pro team came in and did an immaculate job. Plus the team members were polite, careful and worked well together. I would hire them again in a heart beat!
We just sustained a lower level plumbing leak and resulting damage. The team explained the clean up, drying process, etc. They (Kevin, Paul, and Anthony) were punctual and professional. I plan on using SERVPRO of Northern Westchester County for the repair/renovation also. If any family members or neighbors have a similar need, I will definitely recommend them.
