Had some smoke damage due to a small kitchen fire. We contacted Servpro who came out to view and provide quote. We never received a quote. Contacted the office after a week in a half to discuss and was told it would be looked into. It’s been a couples months now and still no quote or any communication from Servpro. Ended up cleaning g and sanitizing g everything myself. Do not recommend.
Jason was Very professional from beginning to end. Great communication and very high level of work performed. Made light of a very stressful situation. Highly recommend
