We got an inordinate amount of rain in our area and ended up with 4+ inches of water in a finished basement. The was very communicative and went about there process, with as little disruption to the household as possible. I was anxious and had many questions. The SERVPRO crew assisted us with extensive water in our daughter and son-in-law’s basement due to a main line break. They responded promptly, which helped mitigate the initial damage. What really impressed me was the extent of their follow-up; making multiple trips back to the house to insure everything was going smoothly throughout the process. Very impressed!
