Alec the GM and his team provided exceptional services fast and professionally to our family at a very difficult time. It was a situation where there were unsafe living conditions due to rodents and squirrel droppings in the living space of our elderly parent's caregivers. They not only responded immediately but they also provided their services within a day the week of Thanksgiving. They were kind and respectful as well as sensitive to the family's situation. Servpro is very responsive and professional. Our project manager led us through the process, and managed the crew wonderfully. They made it as easy as possible when dealing with something like water in your basement. Excellent communication, information, scheduling. Crew that came to our house was very professional and conscientious as they did water and mold remediation. I highly recommend them!
My sister is disabled. ServPro began a project in her condo and then, decided not to complete it because they were "too busy" with other projects though they asked for and got the name of the building manager from me so they could get other jobs, leaving her with a hole in her ceiling above her kitchen.
