Actual work that was done was OK but trying to get their mistakes and damage resolved has taken since January and still not completed. They don't return phone calls or emails and just leave you hanging. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. Christina is the office manager, cannot be reached, always have to leave a message and never gets back to you. They still have our hearth stone that was damaged by the workers taking up flooring and no word since it was picked up in January.

If you hire these people, just pray that they don't screw anything up! If they do, they won't own up to it. They'll tell you what you want to hear, ignore your attempts to contact them and then pawn you off on their lawyer just waiting for you to give up. They lost and damaged over $1,000 worth of our possessions and after almost 4 months and a multitude of attempts to contact them, they ridiculously offered $200! Great communication from the team leaders. Organized and dedicated. Gets work completed efficiently and effectively. The cleaning crew does a great job and offers traditional home cleanings as well as business and post job clean ups. Highly recommended.

Great hard working workers.
These guys are great. An air conditioning contractor discovered asbestos tape in our basement and walked off the job. I was thinking I would have to spend thousands to take care of it. ServPro came out one day and assessed my situation. They even came back the next day to be here when the new air conditioning contractor came. ServPro came back the next day and took care of my problem for a fraction of what I was expecting. Courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. My new central air is going in tomorrow.
