BEWARE. THEY ARE CROOKS AND PRICE GOUGERS PREYING ON ALL PEOPLE ESPECIALLY OLDER ONES ON FIXED INCOMES. A 2000.00 job turned into 5100.00 but never sent a bill. They lowered it to 3100.00 on the phone. But never s NR a statement. Now they send statement for 5100.00 plus late fees. We will hav to get an attorney to look into this CHEATING COMPANY. plus they are not licensed to do work in our location. If u need this kind of help. DONT CALL SERVPRO.
I called servpro to come out to give me quote to service the crawlspace under my fathers house after two pipes leaked and left a good amount of standing water. Some came out gave me a quote to suck up the water and treat and i was good with the cost so I hired them a few weeks later. The day of my appointment two young ladies came out (on time) and promptly got started. Inflated prices with a poor service and work product. I definately would not recommend Servpro or this office.
I discovered mold in my washroom and immediately called Servpro and they wasted no time in finding out what was going on. They tested and proceeded to clean up the mold and sanitized the place and I was very pleased with the outcome. Thanks Servpro!
We had fire damage in our home which stressed my family and I completely out and we thought we would not be able to live comfortable in our home again. As a result of water damage to my home Servpro was called and they came and dried up the water, moved things around to make sure that everything was dry and free of water and made sure that mold had not created. Thanks Servpro!
