My husband and I love SERVPRO TEAM GUTIERREZ! They have come to our rescue several times! The first rescue occurred while we were at work, not returning home until early evening and discovered our large sized water heater leaked and flooded entire ground floor of our home! Danny and Jose made the initial inspection during which Jose said the reason that water was under the shower was because the shower curtain was outside the the shower. I explained that that my home health aide had been in that morning cleaning and that is why the shower curtain was as it was. The insurance adjuster used Jose’s words as a basis to deny removing the quarter round and cleaning the water out. ServePro of LC, M & C were top notch. Our house flooded while in the process of being sold AND we had already moved away. SP handled our mess with us being 400 miles away. They came in assessed the damage and then began the process of cleaning up. We were able to get everything cleared out and cleaned up in the matter of a few weeks… we also had an abatement as well. We hope we never go through something like this again, but if we do, I now know who to call!

SERVPRO came the next day and took care of the problem. Called us a few days later to check and make sure everything was okay and that we were satisfied with their service. We have used SERVPRO twice and have been satisfied both times. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

I had a water pipe break in my home and it flooded my entire home while away overnight. I called Servpro and their response was stellar. they were at my home within 30 min and got to work immediately.
