We’re very pleased with the response from the managers and how friendly and hard the workers are.
Ian Campbell (Recon Estimator) has been very helpful in getting us set up for the restoration of our home, after severe weather damaged it. His communication with us has been top notch, which is truly appreciated during this stressful event! He keeps us informed with each step in the estimating process and responds very quickly to calls and texts! Ian has made the initial steps go smoothly and we’re hoping the full restoration will be just as good.
Probably the most night and day experience ive ever had. The remidiation went quick but the restoration was a literal nightmare. One of the worst companies ever. Too many issues with restoration to even begin to discuss.
