DO NOT HIRE!! The worst contractor ever! I hired this company back in June 2024 and they still haven’t finished the project. It was supposed to be a 6 weeks job. They will not respond to my calls or messages “only when they want to “ I will call owner Ruben to ask him some questions and he never answered any of my calls or messages. I had a leak coming from roof into living room, I called ServPro and they were at my house within the hour. The inspector was professional and very knowledgeable. She explained the process and she thoroughly inspected all the areas affected. I also had a great experience with the customer service representative who took the call and scheduled my appt promptly. I would recommend this company and call them again, should I ever be in need of their services.

Excellent service, professional and prompt response. Kandy, the Project manager was excellent at explaining in detail all steps needed in order to treat affected water damaged areas. She is very professional and addressed all of my concerns promptly.
