Our team of technicians, Jason, Nate and Sam responded to our water damage issue quickly. They handled the situation professionally and with expertise. The cleanup went according to plan and was resolved per the time period that Jason suggested. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. We used ServPro in the past and hopefully won’t need again in the future, but if we experience another emergency situation, we know who to call again!

Woke up to a flooded kitchen, dining room, and basement on a Sunday morning from a faulty water inlet valve going to the ice-maker. Made a call to ServPro & the local SERVPRO of North Onondaga County showed up about 3 hours after calling. They got right to work removing the water and setting up high-powered fans and dehumidifiers that did the job in 3-4 days. Nate and Garrett were great! Thanks for taking good care of us.
