OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We had a sump pump failure which left five inches of water in our basement. The majority of the water was pumped out by our fire department, but walls were soaked. Project manager Jason came the morning after we discovered the flooding. He immediately began analyzing the damage and telling us what was needed. We recently had 5" of water throughout our basement. A Servpro representative (Jason) promptly arrived and helped us assess the damage. The team (Jason, Davion, and Ashley) arrived the next morning and worked most of the day removing damaged goods and preparing an unfinished side and finished side of the basement for the drying process. Just giving a shout out to Matt Simmons and his Servpro team of Nate, Leon, Dan, Ashley... and there were more that worked hard on my basement but unfortunately I did not get all of their names. The job was not an easy task as my carpet, a bar from my sports room, and a vanity from the bathroom needed to be removed due to water damage not to mention about 2 feet up around all of my finished walls were taken out.
