The 2 "techs" that came could not tell me if they were test or remediating. They said their manager would call me to let me know. Never did. They said they would come on a certain day, twice, never did. then you just a bill on what they did, but had no knowledge of what they were doing when they were here

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire office staff and crew. They responded very quickly and kept me informed at every step of the process. The set up of the equipment and the detailed evaluation of the the damage paired with the frequent visits and for further evaluations until all was mitigated gave me the peace of mind that my home has been restored to its previous state.
