Servpro of North Laredo was AMAZING! We needed help on clearing out old and deteriorated items from the backyard and they came through right away. The staff communicated to us periodically on their progress, and status for completing work with photos. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them. Thanks for helping us out!

The 2 "techs" that came could not tell me if they were test or remediating. They said their manager would call me to let me know. Never did. They said they would come on a certain day, twice, never did. then you just a bill on what they did, but had no knowledge of what they were doing when they were here
