Tim and Nicole have been heading the restoration of my house that caught fire. They have been EXTREMELY professional, proficient, and knowledgeable in all the tasks they have set out to complete. They are always punctual and their communication is top notch! My family and I are extremely pleased with all of the work they have done and would recommend them to anyone needing similar work!

I would love to get a huge shout out to two wonderful ladies that work at Servpro in nitro West Virginia her one is name, Jasmine and the other is named Vickie. They had their work cut out for them cleaning my camper, which is a 29 foot fifth wheel in the bitter cold these ladies went above and beyond anything that I expected if I ever need anything else again you best believe I’m calling Servpro and requesting Jasmine and Vicky if anybody can do it, they can thank you ladies and God bless you
