We found out our water heater ruptured 50+ gallons of water throughout our basement. Within an hour of discovering our flooded basement Jon Atkins, John T and John H arrived onsite and were in our basement. They vacuumed water, moved our items and setup dehumidifiers as well as 15-20 air movement fans throughout our basement. The guys worked hard for several hours and performed professionally. Great experience with ServPro after water damage from a hot water tank leak. The technicians - Marcus and Shaq were great!
