Mr. Danny Mark's, the ServPro technician that handed the Mitigation a my property was a true professional from beginning to end. He was courteous, fast ,efficient and thorough in every aspect of his job. Stayed in constant contact with me on a daily basis until the job was completed. Rodney was awesome to work with. He was here within an hour of calling at 3:30 am and walked into a chaotic situation where my house was flooded and he calmly helped me navigate getting it all cleaned up and how to get it all dried out. Would definitely recommend SERVPRO to anyone in the same situation.
