I live in a condo and my bedroom ceiling was flooded by the condo above me.? Servpro did such a wonderful job!! Stephanie, Josh, and all the employees went well up and above all my expectations . Since you didn’t return my call today, perhaps you can explain here why one of your drivers told us that his boss said it was okay to dump the chemical waste on his truck in our car wash in Albion?
I came home from work to a flooded basement from my water heater which had completely emptied all over my finished basement. It was almost 8pm at night. I couldn’t believe how much water flooded my floors and called ServPro. I was reassured someone would be out to help clean up the mess and shortly after Greg came to my house.
