Tena is such an amazing person, very helpful, informative and kind! I would definitely reccomend her! She helped me solve my issues and I could feel her smile thru the phone!
Within an hour of our water disaster, I called our insurance company and then Lisa from Serv Pro called me and was here. I was very impressed with that. She was so kind and made me feel so relaxed about our situation by telling us what they were doing next every step of the way. Also, she would ask us if we had any questions and if we did or needed anything just give her a call. All the demo crew was very kind and respectful too.
The team came to the base to clean up a large water leak we had and were extremely fast and efficient! From the moment thay arrived they were all extremely professional. The damage was quickly assessed and clearly communicated. They left the space looking as good as new, and I highly recommend them for any service you need!
What a fantastic experience!!!!! Lacey came by to give a quote, David and Tyler came by to do the work the next day and I wrapped things up with Stephanie. All were very professional and took the time to educate me on the process and delivered a high quality result. This was no easy job and the result was fantastic! I highly recommend this team of professionals and will certainly be calling them again when I need them! Great job everyone!
