We had a water leak in our basement and Grant with servepro was the inspector sent to the house. He was a great help and very knowledgeable.
The gentleman came in and explained everything they were going to do and did do. They were very professional and extremely kind and caring. I could tell that they knew the job and were going to do a good job and they did.
Helped me out of a real jam when a city clean out pipe got destroyed by a tree root and water backflowed into my home; flooding 3 rooms! Held my hand through the entire process. Would recommend!
