Our LG washer flooded our house causing quite some damage and a huge headache. Trayvon, Alex and Keanu were absolute rockstars with clean up and mitigation. They arrived the same day, were thorough in the service provided and walked us through the whole process. Incredible Service! Navigating insurance and ServePro has been so much better because these guys care about what they do. They are awesome communicators and treat your situation like it was their own home! Trevaughn managed the situation with care on down to Alex who was boots on the ground. They know their stuff and they care! Highly recommend - look nowhere else.
I had an overnight water leak that impacted half of my house. All of the Servpro guys that were sent to my home were patient with all of my questions and thorough in everything that they did. In a time that was very stressful for me, they brought the comfort of their professionalism to help ease my mind.
Do not trust these guys! We thought there may be some water damage in our bathroom, and they tried to bully us into doing something we didn't have to do at that moment (spend thousands of $$$). We called our insurance company and they said those guys knew the rules and we're not doing what was right. Will not ever use them or refer them. Stay away y'all, for your own protection.
Great experience. My house suffered some water damage and a friend recommended Robbie and his team at ServPro. From the minute we began to the minute it was completed everything went fantastic. If I ever need these types of services again there will be only one call to make. Highly recommend them.
