We had a pipe burst and it flooded our living room and office. I called ServPro and they were very helpful from that 1st phone call! We had people out here very quickly to remove damaged flooring and fans and dehumidifiers were left to take care of the moisture. Two days later we had a an issue with our refrigerator water line and that flooded our dining room. Called Servpro immediately at 11pm and the next morning we had someone here removing floors and leaving humidifiers and fans. Our insurance was not easy to work with. ... read more
We recently had a pipe burst in our home. Juan with ServPro and a couple of other men from their team came to our rescue. I couldn't have asked for better service during such a stressful time. Juan checked in with me every day. Called before coming to the house to make sure the time was still good. He was kind, professional and sincere. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! They even entertained our puppy when she would run all around them hoping they were there for her to play! Can't say enough good things about Juan and the entire team.
