Our finished basement and kitchen were flooded due to a pipe bursting in the middle of the night. Waking up to this disaster was horrific. Servpro Newark, De did a great job with cleaning up my flooded basement. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. The lead Tech went over all the steps and procedures. No surprises. While having the basement floor was not fun ServPro helped lessen the pain!
Had a pipe break in the basement. Caused some damage so my insurance reached out to ServPro Newark. They came right away, cleaned up the water, set up blowers to dry everything and stayed on top of the work. Very professional and efficient. Kept me advised during the entire process.
