We were glad that SERVPRO was able to respond so quickly when we needed them. Thanks to getting the water source shut off quickly and SERVPRO's fast response with fans and dehumidifiers, our clean up was quick and much less invasive than it might have been! I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER refer anyone to ServPro!!! From start to finish, we had to be at the house supervising due to inexperienced people that they sent to do the job. We had a water line under kitchen sink break and flooded kitchen, living, bathroom, bedroom, and under house. When boxing up our belongings, they marked the boxes with what was in them but stacked them so you could not read them (also, heavy boxes on top of light ones and crushed some of them). Logan and Hanna were at our house within hours of our call after a water pipe broke in our lower level. They worked quickly and diligently to mediate the water damage and find the cause of the problem. Delightful people serving people in need.
