My home was flooded due to a broken pipe, I called Servpro of Milledgeville and spoke to a very uninterested person that didn’t seem to think my home being flooded was a very urgent situation. I did get a callback but because I cannot get good cell service at my home I missed the call and got a voicemail. When I called back again shortly after I was told the individual that I need to speak with had stepped out (Lunchtime). I never received a callback. So I had to deal with my disaster independently.

This is for my Mom. They suck. They don't call or show up when they say they will. She has me come over to wait with her. Nothing. Waste of both our times. Never will I use them.

Thanks to Servpro for the great job of removing the water from our school. DeAdrian and Ethan where quick to respond on a Saturday morning so we could be ready for school on Monday!
