ServPro did a great job cleaning up and drying out the water damage in my bathroom. De'Adrian and Ashley were calm which helped me calm down. It's gonna be a long journey remodeling but this first part is behind me. Thanks ServPro.
The work was fantastic. Communication between Servpro and myself the customer was lacking. Example I called to ask what time workers were coming they were scheduled and was told oh they are not coming today in a smart ugly voice. They need training in customer care. They are taking care of homes that people’s lives have been affected so deeply. In my case Christmas was destroyed and at the age of 80! Those holidays are limited.
De'Adrian and Ashley are amazing very good workers. They came in and explained everything to me I'm very pleased with servpro and I would definitely recommend these workers to everyone.
