ServPro responded immediately to a call out on a large structure fire. However, that is where their quality of service fell off the cliff. When called, we were told we were only the 2nd fire they responded so we would be a priority. They asked for certain information and when they got it, they stopped responding. When called, they fail to return phone calls forcing unnecessary delays. They failed to return phone calls or respond by email. Called Courtney and she returned my call within a couple of hours and scheduled a pick up of 5 items that needed to be cleaned. The pickup was completed in a couple of days and my items returned within about 2 weeks. Good service, delivery person was prompt and polite.

I accidentally left this review on the Athens servpro but the phone number he has is to the milledgeville place. For 2 years now my father has lived with out carpet and a wall because once they tore it out and literally cut the carpet (which we would have steam cleaned) the company informed him his insurance wouldn't be enough to cover this and his roof. Great service. We had flood damage and you will never know it it looks brand new. The water damage to the walls is undetectable. Floor, sheet rock, trim and painting was perfectly matched.
