ServPro responded immediately to a call out on a large structure fire. However, that is where their quality of service fell off the cliff. When called, we were told we were only the 2nd fire they responded so we would be a priority. They asked for certain information and when they got it, they stopped responding. When called, they fail to return phone calls forcing unnecessary delays. They failed to return phone calls or respond by email.
