We had a toilet leak in the upstairs bathroom. We dont know how long it was flooding but it was discovered around 3:30 am. The initial remediation/mitigation company did not rally to the cause. We contacted the Serv Pro team in Milledgeville. The team responded quickly and professionally. Chris and Corey worked diligently to overcome lost time. As soon as we discovered the leak, I immediately called my plumber who emphatically recommended ServePro and stated, "they are the best in the business" . I called the number my plumber gave me and it happened to be the owner, Josh. Yes, he took the call from the road and had the remdiation team at my house that afternoon with vacuums, blowers and dehumitifiers. ServPro responded immediately to a call out on a large structure fire. However, that is where their quality of service fell off the cliff. When called, we were told we were only the 2nd fire they responded so we would be a priority. They asked for certain information and when they got it, they stopped responding. When called, they fail to return phone calls forcing unnecessary delays. They failed to return phone calls or respond by email.
