Not 100% sure these are same ones that served us in eatonton but if so they was not great by no means. 1st they started spent 3 days doing alot of nothing 1st guy was professional young cat came done the 1st inspection then next day for bout a few hours 2 came out and labeled stuff which was not alot 3rd day 4 came out took all our clothes which they called the soft material then nothing after that! Jesse and Malik did a great job replacing damaged subfloor. They were punctual and efficient. They also reinstalled insulation that had been displaced. Thanks to them, a potential problem with a water pipe was found. This would have been sealed behind wallboard and been a future disaster. Great job from some very nice representatives of Servpro!

We had a toilet leak in the upstairs bathroom. We dont know how long it was flooding but it was discovered around 3:30 am. The initial remediation/mitigation company did not rally to the cause. We contacted the Serv Pro team in Milledgeville. The team responded quickly and professionally. Chris and Corey worked diligently to overcome lost time. As soon as we discovered the leak, I immediately called my plumber who emphatically recommended ServePro and stated, "they are the best in the business" . I called the number my plumber gave me and it happened to be the owner, Josh. Yes, he took the call from the road and had the remdiation team at my house that afternoon with vacuums, blowers and dehumitifiers.
