After retracting my initial negative review, which was pretty scathing, and in some ways unfair, I took some time to reflect. My review hasn’t really changed. I ended up compromising just to finish the job (which took several months longer than quoted - chalk it up to communication problems - and what does that tell you?). While there are people who work for this company that do deserve accolades, my overall experience is that I will never use them again, and I will not recommend them for any projects if I’m ever asked. Our sump pump failed so we had water damage in the basement. Called Servpro about 9-9:30 pm they came within the hour.. the crew was quick and efficient. Left us a back up sump pump that worked great it didn’t have a float so I was up and down the stairs all night every 30-45 min plugging I in draining the tank. Which was fine until it failed around 7 am actually the draining hose clogged so basement flooded again. The guys showed up and took care of everything again at Servpro expense not ours. They move most everything out... read more
