Terrible communication, cost was outrageous
I have changed my tune about this company over several months of working with them and that is because of Philip, Isaac, and Travis. They have been integral throughout this process. My only recommendations are that you vet your subcontractors more carefully in the beginning and also stress to your clients that there is “no rush” to complete a project. After retracting my initial negative review, which was pretty scathing, and in some ways unfair, I took some time to reflect. My review hasn’t really changed. I ended up compromising just to finish the job (which took several months longer than quoted - chalk it up to communication problems - and what does that tell you?).
