When I first contacted SERVPRO of Minnetonka it was after a sprinkler system malfunction which poured a couple of feet of water into my egress window and subsequently seeped into the basement bedroom carpet and walls. The team who came out were there in a couple of hours and were wonderful. I am a single person and trying to scoop the water out of the egress window was a losing battle.
