My condo building in downtown Minneapolis had a major water leak this winter (frozen pipe in an adjacent unit). The Servpro team was absolutely amazing - onsite almost immediately to help minimize the damage as it was unfolding. Then the mitigation phase for my specific unit was handled professionally and effectively with team assistance and excellent communication along the way ~ often during crazy hours and weekends. Servpro did a great job with my water remediation after my hot water heater leaked. They worked with my schedule and responded quickly. The team of Kimon and Owen were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained things to me and we talked about the process and figured out things together. The office team especially Vanessa was very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great job! I would definitely call them again or recommend Servpro out of Minnetonka.

Working with ServPro of Minnetonka has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with any company. The entire process was a comedy of errors, characterized by an abysmal quality of work and a complete lack of professionalism, patience, and care. The duration of the project, originally estimated to take six months, stretched out to an entire year. In the early morning hours on MLK day, our apartment building suffered a flood from a 2nd floor public restroom. Our building on call maintenance staff arrived and used the one building shop vac to start removing standing water from affected apartments. Fortunately, Jose B. and Misael arrived within an hour and quickly addressed ALL AREAS. Jose was very friendly and kind ~ despite the early hour and freezing cold exposure bringing in equipment!
