The service that was performed at my daughter's home was substandard....She had to request management (Matt Caulfield) to come out to see the poor work. He was unprofessional, sarcastic, rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are all about the money and have no regard for the customer.
We had a fire in the basement. They said cleaned everything, but we had to go back over everything. We didn’t not get back all of our belongings and some of the stuff was ruined.
SERVPRO provided outstanding service! They responded quickly and handled everything with great professionalism and care. A special thank-you to Paulo Santiago and Italo for their excellent work, attention to detail, and helpful attitude, as well as to the entire team for making a difficult situation much easier. We truly appreciate their fast, reliable, and professional service. Highly recommended!
My experience was horrific! I would never use them again or recommend ServPro to anyone even my worst enemy. My home was not properly cleaned even after they had to come out to reclean a second time. My textiles were held/not returned for well over 4 months before finally being returned uncleaned, damaged, and missing several items. I have tried unsuccessfully to resolve these issues with ServPro with no avail! They overcharged me and my insurance company for items and services not completed.
