My experience with Servpro was excellent and all the technicians were great and very professional! Their names were Archie, Julian, and Jorge. I would recommend this company highly for any of your water damage and remediation needs. They came right away to my home after claim was reported and Eric kept me posted throughout the process.
The pros from Servpro, Ari and Delshawn did an excellent job of demo clean out and drying things out after our household flood. They were efficient, courteous, helpful, friendly and caring. We truly cant say enough about these two people. They displayed true dedication to their work while showing immense kindness towards us in the midst of our disaster. Turned on to Servepro by Allstate when a tree fell on an outdoor shed. Servepro promised to take care of the entire process, but didn't like the insurance adjuster's settlement and vanished into thin air when reconstruction time came. Completely non-responsive and wouldn't answer phone calls.
