Having a sewer line back up two weeks before Christmas is nobody’s idea of a good time. There was damage to the den carpet and the wall behind the shower was compromised. I called USAA insurance and was sad to hear the sewer line replacement was not covered….but any damage inside the house is! Discovered a bad leak in our finished basement. Behind walls, soaked carpet, padding and Sheetrock. Called ServePro and within an hour they arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed the issue (kitchen drainpipe burst). Cliff was amazing, took pictures and documented everything. Got his crew to return the SAME DAY to clean up basement. They were fast and efficient. Removed all the wet debris, cut out wet Sheetrock, sprayed anti microbial mix to prevent mold.
