ALEX MARTINEZ AND HIS PARTNER, JT, CAME TO MY HOME AFTER A SERIOUS PIPE FREEZE WHICH EXPLODED AND RUINED 3 ROOMS WITH WATER. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE STRONGLY ENOUGH how KNOWLEDGEABLE THESE YOUNG MEN WERE. THEY WORKED HARD FOR 5 HOURS EXPLAINING TO ME EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING HELPING ME UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. I’M SO PLEASED . .
Fantastic work, Alex & Crystal came quickly, same day and were incredibly helpful. Not only did they execute the services to be expected, taking care of damages and completely essential operations to maintain habitability. They were helpful throughout the whole process, going over things clearly and transparently, step by step, offering as much insight to the situation as they could.
