About a month ago, my icemaker line broke and there was water all over my house. I called Servpro of Kingsport/Bristol at 9 am, and within 3 hours they were at my home assessing the water damage, speaking with my insurance adjuster and taking care of the problem. Servpro of Kingsport/Bristol was great! We had an HVAC pipe snap and flooded our kitchen very bad with contaminated water. Servpro was able to come immediately. They cleaned everything up and used machines to dry out the walls. They were professional and intelligent. The workers were sympathetic as well, allowing us to relax. If you live in the area, I would keep this number in your phone in case something was to happen!!!!
the floors in our home were recently damaged due to the leaking roof. Servpro technicians inspected the damage and found mold in the bathroom as well. We were very grateful because our 2 year old has asthma. Servpro not only took care of the damage, but fixed the flooring underneath!
