The entire crew at Servpro did a fantastic job—from the first phone call with Courtney; the estimate by Scott; and James and Greg, who did the actual cleaning over a two day period. Scott returned with James and Greg on the first day of cleaning and explained everything that needed to be done. He continued to follow-up throughout the entire process. We hired Servpro to deep clean rental property. Spider webs, dog poop, dirty floors, splatter in microwave and on the fridge, hair and particles in kitchen cabinet drawers, dust on kitchen cabinets, and grimy windows were left. They charged us over $2000 for this. Will never use again and would not recommend.
When i had water damage in my home, my insurance company sent Servpro out to help. The guys were very professional and Scott helped get approval from the adjuster for all the repairs. Thanks.
