With the winter storm our new home experienced flooding. We had never worked with ServPro before but knew of their name & decided to give them a try. When we contacted, they did send someone out day of, which we were surprised with the winter weather & their "possible" workload from the storm. We did "thank them for their quick response", however when scheduling them to come out, no one within their business informed us of their process/policies. Taylor, Mercedes, Chris and the entire clean up crew with ServPro did an awesome and thoughtful job of helping my in-laws get through a very stressful and time consuming process of removing their possessions for clean up after a house fire. The care they took with packaging and removing the salvageable items was top notch. Their efforts were definitely needed and appreciated. Thank you.

I would highly recommend servpro. They did a great job. Sewer pipe broke under house and was a gross mess. After servpro no problems. The plumber was able to get under the house and fix the problem in a clean work crawlspace.

They did not let me know ahead of time what they were going to charge before doing the work. I used a different (local) company before for the same service, and Servpro charged more way more than double what the other company charged. Paying the bill was frustrating. They called after the work to get half of the balance (that is when I found out the charge) and when they called to get the second payment they tried to charge me the full price instead of the just second half.
