Called on Thursday. Alberto, Bryce and Dalton.Showed up within 2 hours. They quickly assessed my situation and put a plan together with key decision points for me, as well as an initial idea of cost for their services. It is now 2pm on Saturday and my basement is clean and dry. They have been back three times, never introducing someone new. Probably the best service experience I have had. Ni highly recommend ServePro and especially Alberto, Bryce and Dalton. It is hard to find good help these days…:)
Our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Servepro was out the same day we called with dehumidifiers. The next day, they were here removing flooring, packing up our basement, and hauling out rugs to be cleaned. They did 5 days of work, and were not only easy to communicate with and kind, but did exceptional work. It has been a stressful time for our family, as our basement is used for our homeschool room. Alberto,Bryce,Enoch,and Sam all have made my fire damage easily to enjoy the professionalism of them doing their job as trained and keeping us updated.
Alberto did a fantastic job for me after we had a bad water leak on our basement. They were there right away, explained everything thoroughly, and were very helpful in telling me what steps to take next. Give them a call you won’t be sorry! I would like to mention Bryce and Enoch how also did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up for me!
Rating: I had a great experience with the team from the Plymouth location. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Alberto is a fantastic young man—very professional and hardworking. Bryce and Dalton were also great to work with. The whole crew was efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them if you need professional restoration services in the area!
