If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This so-called mitigation company refused my insurance company claim do to risk of spreading mold. Isn't that their job, to remove and not spread mold. Sounds to me like they only want easy jobs.
We can’t say enough good things about Servpro! We had a house fire and they came right away and started packing stuff up and got right to work cleaning and restoring my home! I worked mostly with Kenzie and she was the absolute best!! She was so extremely communicative as well as professional!! She always made sure we knew what was going on and answered any questions we had! We can’t thank her enough!! Thanks for all you did Servpro!!
They came out to clean our carpet today for a move in clean. Makenzie was wonderful! Very knowledgeable in what they do and then some! Would absolutely hire them again!
