Left one SERVPRO review for the mediation and reconstruction side of things but wanted to leave another one for the admin side. Rick and Lacey were both very pleasant to work with. Took all the time necessary for explanations, questions, anything that needed double checking. Took calls promptly and got back with him timely if I called and left a message. Thank you both!
We had our carpets cleaned, 3 rooms. The team arrived on time, protected the wood floors, and wall corners. They did a great job cleaning the carpets, ensuring extraction fluid was clear. Afterward they setup floor fans, dehumidifiers to dry the carpets. After 24 hours of drying and dehumidifying, they returned to pickup the drying equipment. Smells fresh and clean, looks like new again.
