Well, we were unlucky to be the 1 in 100,000 to find the defective elbow joint, but lucky the contractor selected Servpro and even luckier for Jonathan to be on site from the beginning. We were told by State Farm that Servpro would serve us well, and they did. Jonathan was extremely professional, tireless, and very thorough. He was very careful to keep us informed throughout the process which led in a clean site ready for restoration. Thanks to all at Servpro.

I want to list the gentlemen prior to making comments because they ALL deserve my highest accolades for the job they did at our house in time of dire need: Jon Castillo, Nikola Daher, Rudy, Caleb, John V, Sean O and finally Paul. These guys came New Years Eve and we spent the incoming of 2025 listening to outside fireworks while they removed wet plank flooring and baseboard to get the fans started so we could dry the entire house out.
