November 2022, I hired Servpro to fix a leak at my home. The team initially estimated that the project would take 3 months, but took 8. Throughout the process, Brandon, my project specialist, was extremely helpful. However, I was later informed that Brandon was no longer with the company, which raised concerns about the continuity of the project and led me to consider withdrawing my contract. In June we had a garage fire. We called Al in the middle of the night & he was there by 5a.m. He's awesome to work with. He took charge & got things going. The cleaning crew that came were not too good. They didn't clean 2 bedrooms,or half bath. The rugs & curtains in the half bath didn't get removed or cleaned, or the rug in the mudroom which is all next to the garage. RecommendedRay, Katie, Trevor and the rest of the team helped us with our water damage after being hit from the Derecho. They were all very friendly, professional and took care of getting us all dry. They are the best!! I would highly recommend this team!

we had a sewer back up in the basement that flooded the whole basement. yuck! Jackie brought her team in and cleaned and sanitized everything, they put things on pallets and dried everything. Thank You! We recommend them to everyone or anyone that have flooding issues.
So unprofessional. I can't even begin. Sev-UNpro is more like it. Told Free Estimate. Constant run around, never committed to doing the work. Talked to 3-4 times, they fail to schedule job. Then a month later, they send me a $200 bill for Estimate. ! ! ! BUYER BEWARE ! ! ! I call to politely to ask if this means they are going to schedule the job, and he says "No, because I called and questioned the estimate." Plus they brought two guys to my home and one of them just wanders around looking at his cell phone. CROOKED ! ! !
I called ServPro to come out and look at some mold in my crawl space, I couldn’t be happier with the work they provided Dalton and Kyler really did a great job and were so friendly. highly recommend
