My house flooded on Sunday night. I called ServPro immediately. They told me someone from the Huntsville office would call me in the morning. 10 am the next morning I called THEM because no one reached out. They sent someone to look at the house. I was told I would receive an estimate the next day. The next day, after hearing nothing, I called at 3 pm and was told someone would call me back in 3-4 minutes.
