If it were possible, I would give these guys 0 stars…Unfortunately I had a homeowners insurance claim after discovering a burst pipe. This servpro team was extremely responsive when it came to performing the water remediation and drying, but has been completely unresponsive for nearly 3 weeks when it comes to the reconstruction. They haven’t responded to multiple phone calls, my insurance adjuster can’t get in contact with them, and when you call the office “no one is ever there”…Use them at your own risk, they are HORRIBLE.
The team responded quickly and handled the cleanup process with great professionalism from start to finish. They worked diligently to restore everything and kept us informed throughout the project.
