We had some mold issues in a place we were renting, and we called SERVPRO of Lowell to handle the remediation. Alan, John and Mark were punctual, friendly, and very professional. Between the time that we originally quoted them and when they showed up, a second leak/mold area reared its head, and they took care of it no problem even though it wasn't a part of the original quote.
