Servpro of Lowell responded very quickly to the damage from our burst water heater. Alan was quick to respond to my concerns and I felt very comfortable with his team in my home. Steve, John and Mark did a great job with cleanup, sanitizing and removal of debris! I would surely recommend them!!

Our office park's sewer backed up into one of our units, called them and they were here within an hour. Team was great, very professional, very friendly and did an excellent job. Alan was our point person, he was on top of everything. The rest of the team, Adam, John, Steve, Tony and Marc were all helpful, fast and communicated with us every step. Would call them again in a second! Thank you guys.
