I have worked with other Servpro franchises in the past and have had overall good experiences until we worked with Servpro of Lowell. I manage commercial buildings and we recently had a substantial flood and contacted Servpro-Lowell for immediate assistance. Their response time was great however it was like a circus. Lots of people, lots of equipment many not knowing what to do and equipment that didn't work. Of course we were charged for all of it. I had water damage in my kitchen due to a leaking dishwasher, which required to remove the floor and kitchen lower cabinets and countertops. The team was friendly. However, after the work was completed, I discovered and was disappointed to see holes and damages/dents onto the walls and refrigerator (areas not connected to the kitchen counter).
