I had water damage in my kitchen due to a leaking dishwasher, which required to remove the floor and kitchen lower cabinets and countertops. The team was friendly. However, after the work was completed, I discovered and was disappointed to see holes and damages/dents onto the walls and refrigerator (areas not connected to the kitchen counter). Servpro of Lowell responded very quickly to the damage from our burst water heater. Alan was quick to respond to my concerns and I felt very comfortable with his team in my home. Steve, John and Mark did a great job with cleanup, sanitizing and removal of debris! I would surely recommend them!!
