Had a 1st floor bathroom leak which flooded my cellar. Adam and crew (Alan, Josh, Marc) arrived and over the next week, the crew drained and dried all rooms affected. They were professional, courteous and great guys.
Our hot water heater let go overnight at our shop in Nashua. We came into a big mess. I called Bruce at ServPro Lowell and he had his team there right away. Marc, Adam, Jon, Josh and Alan did a great job with the clean up. They monitored the dry out daily and got us up and running quickly. Thank you very much for the professional service.
Unfortunately a sprinkler line was leaking on an exterior wall at my condo. Servpro was called and responded within hours of dispatch. John, Adam, Mark and Josh came in, assessed the issue and brought in the equipment and protective supplies needed. The worked quickly to contain and protect my property! This crew was professional, respectful and did a great job mitigating my water damages! They were also mindful of my belongings and were immaculate with clean up! Thank you Kohn and team!
