I’m disappointed to say that I used ServePro to mediate and repair my water damaged bathroom in 2024. I’ve had to contact them within 6-months to repair cracking grout, and they came without an issue. The second time the issue arose, I called the project manager, Dave who ignored my message, causing a lengthy search to locate a contact, and when one was located, I was circled right back to Dave who then sent the same person to repair his own poor work.
